Representative User Interface Overview

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) that supports the DPM processes should be a user assigned to a corporate role mapped to the Representative DPM Application role. A Representative can:

  • Search for previously submitted Requests.
  • Search for Customers.
  • Submit a new Request.
  • Update customer's consent preferences.
